There is a new kitchen, plenty of worktop area, ample room for a large dinning/kitchen table, plus currently there is also an office space in the kitchen - it really is the hub of the house. This room has dual aspect windows.

The bathroom(3.87m x 3.80m) has the original bathroom suite in white porcelain and attractive views over the river. There is an electric shower above the cast-iron bath.

The renowned famous salmon-river runs at the back of the house, and there is ample opportunity for fishing, stalking, walking, sailing, and other outdoor activities. The scenery here is stunning, and the area benefits from the mild micro-climate of the Moray Firth - Sea Eagles, Golden Eagles, falcons, seals, numerous sea-birds, deer are easily seen here - even the occasional basking shark or Orca whale!
