The flexible accommodation comprises a large galleried double height living room, dining room, roundel family room, large kitchen/breakfast room, utility/boot room and shower/cloakroom. The first floor has a master bedroom with en suite, three further double bedrooms and a family shower room. The property also benefits from a front driveway leading to a double garage and enclosed front garden. To the rear is a part walled garden with a paved terraced area and part laid to lawn and a kitchen garden area. The property has much to offer.

Ground floor The house is entered via a recessed entrance porch to an oak front door into a large entrance hall with tiled floor and painted ceiling beams. This leads through to a large double height reception space, with wood burning stove on a glass hearth and turned timber staircase with glass balustrades leading to the first floor. Double doors lead to the large sitting/dining room with bi folding doors to the rear garden. Adjacent is the roundel family room with oak flooring and double aspect windows overlooking the garden. The roundel kitchen/breakfast room overlooks the front garden and comprises comprehensive Shaker style fitted wall and base units, drawers, tall storage cupboards, wood block work tops, stainless steel sink unit and Bosch dishwasher. In addition there is a Rangemaster cooker with stainless steel splashback. Also on the ground floor is a shower/cloakroom with contemporary fittings, and a utility/boot room with butler sink, tiled flooring and alcove housing oil boiler, plumbing for washing machine and space for a tumble dryer and additional fridge and freezer.

First floor To the first floor is a beamed ceiling and galleried landing to three sides above the living room, built in cupboards, picture rails and hatch with ladder to the large loft space. The spacious master bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has oak flooring, exposed timbers, fitted wardrobes and drawers. The en suite bath/shower room has contemporary fittings including bath, walk in shower, close coupled WC, twin wash basins ample cupboards, and large airing cupboard. Bedrooms two and three are roundel rooms facing the gardens with delightful rural views. Bedroom four overlooks the attractive front garden. The family shower room has modern fittings including walk in shower, close coupled WC and wash basin. A corridor door allows this to be used with bedroom four as a private guest suite.

Outside The property is entered via double wooden gates onto a gravelled driveway leading to a detached brick built double garage with tiled roof, solar panels, two up and over doors and electric vehicle charging point. The enclosed front garden is mainly paved with blue slate chippings, raised beds and seating areas. There are a variety of shrubs and ornamental trees including Acers, Azaleas, Hydrangeas, Geraniums, and Camelia. The south facing rear garden is part walled with paved areas ideal for entertaining.
