Both have mainline railway stations offering access to London Waterloo in under an hour. The A31 provides excellent road access to London and the national motorway network. There are a number of excellent educational facilities locally
including Winchester College, St. Swithun’s School, Pilgrims, Princes Mead, Bedales and Peter Symonds sixth form college.
