An interior architect has designed beautiful kitchens fitted with a combi microwave/oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an extractor hood.


The bathrooms all come with fitted shower or bath, tiled walls and floors and thermostatic taps.

Heating & Hot Water

The heating system is a specially designed air source heating system, which heats the lodges via a wet radiator system and also delivers the hot water via a generously sized hot water cylinder.


The extra options on offer at additional cost are different types of flooring, a choice of colour on the walls, a hot tub outside under the covered porch area, a sauna inside, a washing machine for the 4 bedroom lodges and many more. Maintenance Fee

The whole park is private which means water, electricity, roads and even the state of the art waste water treatment plant are all privately owned. The park itself needs maintenance too, like the waste management, the green areas, trees and the beautiful long winding road leading up to the lodges. To keep it care free for owners so you can enjoy your stay without the worry of outside maintenance work the annual fee is approx. £2,400. The maintenance of your own lodge (inside and outside) is at your own cost but Parker Hill Estates can take care of this for you too under separate agreement.

Park Manager

The park manager takes care of the park maintenance and will also be taking care of the rules and regulations as covered in the Deed of Conditions. As the park manager will be living on the site, security, maintenance and even help in the case of an emergency are all arranged.
