  • There are many reasons why this could be. In the economic climate it could be Landlords selling to release equity. It could also be a phase where at various times people bought and now feel that the time is right or there is a need to sell. I have not heard of any factor such as planning permissions that could be effecting the reason to sell. If you are thinking of buying there your legal representative can do a local search with the Council to that effect.
